1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NoticeOps (the "Site") at noticeops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

NoticeOps is a consumer referral and information platform that connects individuals with licensed, insured service professionals across the United States. We provide information, contact numbers, and service descriptions to help users find appropriate professionals for their needs across home services, insurance, finance, travel, and health verticals.

Important: NoticeOps is a referral and information platform. We do not directly perform services. All services are provided by independent, licensed professionals in our network. We do not employ the service professionals listed on our Site.

Insurance Disclaimer: NoticeOps is not an insurance company, insurance agent, or broker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, CMS, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency. Insurance information on our Site is for general educational purposes only.

Financial Services Disclaimer: NoticeOps is not a financial advisor, lender, mortgage broker, or debt counselor. Financial information on our Site is for general educational purposes only. Individual results may vary. Consult a licensed financial professional before making financial decisions.

Health Services Disclaimer: NoticeOps does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-related information on our Site is for general informational purposes only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. No Guarantee of Service

While we vet professionals in our network for licensing, insurance, and quality, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any service performed. Users are responsible for:

  • Verifying a professional's credentials independently
  • Reviewing and agreeing to service terms directly with the professional
  • Obtaining written estimates before work begins
  • Ensuring all required permits are obtained

4. Phone Calls, Call Recording & TCPA Compliance

Phone numbers displayed on our Site connect you with service professionals in our network. Calls may be routed through tracking numbers for quality assurance and to measure service effectiveness. Calls may be recorded as permitted by applicable law. By placing a call through our Site, you consent to call routing and recording.

TCPA Compliance: By voluntarily initiating a phone call through our Site, you consent to receive communications from our service partners related to the services you requested. You may opt out of future communications at any time by emailing support@noticeops.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of NoticeOps or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operations or servers
  • Misrepresent your identity or make false claims about service needs
  • Submit fraudulent calls or requests for service

7. Reviews & Content

Service reviews, project descriptions, and statistical information displayed on our Site are provided to illustrate the types of services available and typical customer experiences. Individual results may vary based on specific circumstances, property conditions, and the professionals involved.

8. Pricing Information

Any pricing information displayed on our Site is for general reference only and may not reflect actual costs in your area. Actual pricing depends on the scope of work, local market conditions, the professional selected, and other factors. Always obtain a written estimate from the service professional before authorizing work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoticeOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services obtained through the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoticeOps, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
